Our Souls Are Open, Loving & Eternal ~ Know Thy Self
Our hearts and souls remain unchanging, continuously radiating love when we clear our inner blocks. In Kundalini practice, we greet one another from the heart with the mantra “Sat Nam” which essentially means, “Love and Truth are my unchanging essence, and I share this with you.”
My calling in this life is to release the gifts that already reside within me, we are born into this world blessed, clear, and full of potential.
Sadly, we live in a society where love is often mistaken for an exchange of value rather than being recognized as something unconditional and pure.

ALL OF ACTIONS, FEELS, WORDS & THOUGHTS: THE FORTH STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT
HELD IN YOUR HEART
Our hearts are complex. What we understand as love is primarily developed between the ages of four and eight. However, the heartbreak we experience throughout life leaves lasting scars on our inner child.
The energy of a loving heart is also deeply connected to the foundational areas we’ve previously discussed, which lie below the heart.2>
Some key factors contributing to blocks and held trauma during your Forth Development Cycle, Did You Experience:
- Heart Energy: Our ability to process emotions and project them outward to the world is primarily shaped from the womb to around age 8. Unlike other energy centers, however, our heart is profoundly influenced throughout our entire life’s journey.
Everything Rolls Up to the Heart: All trauma, physical, mental, or sexual abus, ultimately impacts the heart. Stress and pain from other areas accumulate and manifest here. To heal, we must work on all of our energy centers and focus on radiate love outward and nurture it within ourselves.
- Lack of Unconditional Love: Growing up without unconditional love from one or both parents can leave an emotional void.
- Heartbreak: We often underestimate the emotional toll of breakups, rejection, and divorce—especially on men.
- Loss: The death of a loved one, whether through personal tragedy or events like war, can leave a profound impact on the heart.
- Societal Programming: Modern society pressures us to be self-sufficient and independent in all aspects of life. Long-term romantic relationships, especially in North America, are becoming increasingly difficult to find and maintain due to these pressures.

Note: Even if you don’t identify with these patterns, you might still be at risk if you experience a highly stressful or traumatic event.
